Nick is a dedicated husband and father of two girls. Nick’s core motivations are to build strong relationships with all clients and stakeholders and to provide them with exceptional service. He brings over a decade of construction project management experience to A&I Properties. During his time in the construction industry he has gained knowledge in many areas: Managing multi million dollar construction projects as well as smaller scale projects, performing multi-function management and business development throughout all projects and areas of responsibility as well as on the job technical experience. He also has a proven track record in property management.

Ale is from Colombia, married and living in the US with her husband and two children. Experienced as an HSEQ Manager in the renewable energy sector. She brings more than 12 years of experience with management systems, her background in processes and systems allows her to provide an exceptional quality product and service. Always driven to deliver excellence and aim to exceed expectations. She values teamwork, punctuality and interdisciplinary collaboration as a path for success. She also has a proven track record in property management and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
